dear users of weather forecast stations using the “Meteotime” system,
unfortunately, we must inform you that the identified technical problem has not yet been resolved.
The transmission of weather forecast data therefore remains unavailable.
The DCF77 transmitter, which broadcasts the PTB time signal and is used as the transmission medium, is not affected by this issue.
Time and date information, as well as measured sensor values, will continue to be displayed.
Your Meteotime weather forecast station is not defective!
To receive weather forecast information, your device is currently in “search mode”. This can be identified by the periodically changing weather symbols.
As soon as forecast data is transmitted again, operational devices will automatically adjust and receive the data without any action required on your part.
We are continuing to work intensively on resolving the issue. However, the repair will take some additional time.
We will inform you as soon as further information becomes available.
